Good afternoon, everyone. Now I’ll talk about the Writing of U nit7 in Book Two . I will show it with six parts.
* Part One : Analysis of the Teaching Material
Ⅰ STATUS AND FUNCTION
本单元的主要内容是谈论天气以及在什么天气情况下适合做什么运动。通过询问天气和正在进行的行动。学生们将进一步学习一些关于行动的词语及现在进行时的用法。因此如何问答“How’s the weather ? What are you doing? What ‘s he/she doing 是单元教学的重点,本节课是本单元最后一节课,学会写一封电子邮件。学生在之前的词汇、句子、语法、阅读等的学习后为写做好了准备,本节课就是对所学的知识结合日常生活用写作的形式输出,要培养学生写的能力。 II TEACHING AIMS 1.Knowledge aims

* Part Two :Analysis of the Students
1. The advantages of students in Grade 7:Students of their age are very active . They have strong thirsty for knowledge, and like to be challenged. 2.The disadvantages of students in Grade 7:Some of them are not active in English class, because they are afraid of making mistakes. Most of them don't know how to use English to communicate in daily life.

I’ll finish this lesson in five steps. First I’ll divide the Ss into five groups and bring a competition into the class. At last let’s see which group is the winner. Step 1 Greeting and warming-up
问候学生,并有感情地朗诵诗歌,后让学生齐读,并和学生一起找里面的与本课相关的知识
设计意图:通过诗歌让学生回顾现在进行时,并用诗歌引出话题。 Ⅱ. Presentation
I will show some pictures and an e-mail to students.
Let the Ss read the e-mail and then ask the following 4 questions: 1)Where is Emma?
2) How’s the weather there? 3)What’s she doing?
4) How’s her vacation going? 设计意图:
通过提问的方式,让学生认真阅读e-mail的主体。引出谈论假期时可以围绕哪些方面重点描述。并以思维导图的形式呈现给学生,为后面的写作做铺垫。 Ⅲ. Talk about vacation 1. where
I will ask students if they are on vacation, where do they want to go? And then show some good places to have a vacation

设计意图:通过提问方式,了解学生想去什么地方度假,并提供描述地点的短语,拓宽学生写作的思路。 2. Weather
First I will show the picture about different weathers and then ask students to describe the weather of one picture
Then play Brainstorm: Ask students to think about more words about weather.
After that I will show pictures about weather and ask students to describe the weather with two words
设计意图:通过描述图片里的天气激活学生快速回忆相关描述天气的词汇并用句型连接词汇。让学生能够将描述天气的句子用于写作中。 3. Activities and feelings
First I show pictures and ask students “What’s she/he doing?” Then Work in groups and discuss what other activities we can do in these places.(Each group discuss one picture)
After they finish in 3 minutes I will let them show some phrases about activities
Then I will ask students to make sentences “ I’m...,and my friend is.... It’s...”
设计意图:1、通过让学生用现在进行时回答问题,复习现在进行时的用法。2、通过讨论让学生输出更多描写活动的短语.3、帮助学生梳理归纳描写活动的短语。4、通过句型操练让学生学会把现在进行时和描写活动的短语结合起来使用。并简单的谈论活动感受。
Ⅳ. Make different sentences

In this step I will show a picture of Backkom and ask students “What’s he doing?”and help the Ss show different sentences to describe the activities
be having fun doing
be having a good/great time doing
It’s ... just right for.. be happy to do
Then I will show some pictures of Backkom and ask students to describe activities with different sentences.
设计意图:充分挖掘课本Section B 3a教材中的描写活动的句型呈现给学生。让学生学会使用不同的句型句式描述正在进行的活动。并通过操练掌握这些句型。 V. Group work
This time I will show a picture of Backkom and his friends. Ask students to work in four and discuss the picture and fill in the blanks according to mind map with different sentences.
设计意图:展示Backkom 和他的朋友外出度假的图片,让学生通过思维导图从地点,天气,活动,感受等方面整体以口述的形式描述图片。让学生综合运用本节课讨论过的话题和不同的句型来描述假期。为下一环节的写作做好铺垫。 VI. Writing
I will let the Ss Write an e-mail to a friend. Tell their friends about their vacation and what they are doing.
Then Ask students to share his/her writing in class and help them correct the writing.
设计意图:1.将本节课谈论到的内容和句型用通过思维导图进行梳理并让学生根据思维导图的内容以写作的形式谈论自己的假期,可以适当发挥。让学生有一个

很好的语言输出。2. 通过在课堂中分享写作,让学生学会倾听,取长补短,再修改美化自己的写作。 VII Home work
I will let them finish or polish the writing. 设计意图:让学生课后修改,美化自己的写作。
* Part Six Blackboard Design
I will write the key word on the left of the Bb and the key sentences are in the middle .to make the Ss know the keys easily.
