Another reason why I like this book is because it has a lot of humor. Mark Twain was known for his wit and sarcasm, and this is evident in the way he portrays Tom Sawyer and the other characters. For instance, Tom convinces his

friends to paint a fence for him by making it seem like a fun activity, even though it is actually a chore.
