capacitance increases.SOLUTION: There is provided a film capacitor 1 formed by annularlyarranging a plurality of capacitor elements 2 connected in parallel to each other. Thecapacitor element 2 includes a laminated portion 21 formed by laminating a plurality ofmetallized films each having a metal film formed on the surface of an electric film and apair of metallic electrodes 22 formed on a pair of end faces in a direction orthogonal tothe lamination direction of the laminated portion 21.
